Funding the Arizona economy
Arizona has spent the last decade as a magnet for people and companies, and the ripple effects reach nearly every small business in the state. The Phoenix metro keeps adding residents, which keeps contractors, clinics, and service businesses busy. At the same time, a wave of semiconductor and advanced-manufacturing investment in the northwest valley is reshaping the supplier base around it. For owners, opportunity is rarely the problem — having the capital to keep up with it is.
Industries we fund across Arizona
- Construction & trades — equipment loans and working capital for the contractors riding Arizona’s housing and commercial build-out across Maricopa and Pima counties.
- Healthcare — practice financing and build-outs for clinics serving fast- growing Phoenix, Mesa, and Tucson.
- Advanced manufacturing suppliers — equipment and growth financing for shops feeding the semiconductor and aerospace supply chains.
- Tourism & hospitality — seasonal working capital for hotels, restaurants, and tour operators in Scottsdale, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon corridor.
- Transportation & logistics — financing for fleets moving goods along the I-10 corridor between Phoenix, Tucson, and the California ports.
What the regulations mean for you
Arizona has not enacted a commercial financing disclosure law, so MCA and sales-based financing providers aren’t required by the state to give you a standardized cost or APR figure, and they generally don’t register with a state financial regulator. That puts the responsibility on you to insist on the total payback amount, all fees, and the full payment schedule in writing before you sign anything. Hoss Capital only works with partners who operate transparently.
